- Monitor and analyze the performance of the network and security devices.
- Perform deployment, support and sustainment activities for Fortinet solutions.
- Participate in post-sales processes for government projects.
- Support prevention, detection and response actions for security incidents.
- Work collaboratively with technical teams.
Requirements
- Experience in computer networks and IT infrastructure activities.
- Intermediate technical knowledge of information security and cyber defense.
- Experience with Fortinet solutions, especially FortiGate.
- Fortinet Certified Professional (FCP – Network Security) certification.
- Knowledge of IT service management best practices, with ITIL certification.
- Bachelor's degree completed in Information Security, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Intermediate English for technical reading.
