About the role

  • Create visual assets for digital and print channels and design user interfaces following UX/UI best practices. Collaborate with product, content, and technology teams and maintain the brand's design system.

Responsibilities

  • Creation of online and offline graphic assets: institutional campaigns, social media, presentations, email marketing, events, and internal materials;
  • Development of interfaces and layouts (web and mobile) based on UX/UI best practices;
  • Participation in collaborative projects with audiovisual, commercial, content, product, and technology teams;
  • Organization and maintenance of visual libraries and design systems;
  • Support in the development of new products, from packaging to promotional materials and technical reports;
  • Consistent application of the brand visual identity across all touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or a related field;
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop);
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (intermediate Word/PowerPoint, basic Excel);
  • Hands-on experience with Figma and/or Adobe XD for design and prototyping;
  • Up-to-date portfolio showcasing graphic and digital projects;
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and organizational skills;
  • Team player with strong communication skills.
