About the role
- Create visual assets for digital and print channels and design user interfaces following UX/UI best practices. Collaborate with product, content, and technology teams and maintain the brand's design system.
Responsibilities
- Creation of online and offline graphic assets: institutional campaigns, social media, presentations, email marketing, events, and internal materials;
- Development of interfaces and layouts (web and mobile) based on UX/UI best practices;
- Participation in collaborative projects with audiovisual, commercial, content, product, and technology teams;
- Organization and maintenance of visual libraries and design systems;
- Support in the development of new products, from packaging to promotional materials and technical reports;
- Consistent application of the brand visual identity across all touchpoints.
Requirements
- Degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or a related field;
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop);
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (intermediate Word/PowerPoint, basic Excel);
- Hands-on experience with Figma and/or Adobe XD for design and prototyping;
- Up-to-date portfolio showcasing graphic and digital projects;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Attention to detail, creativity, and organizational skills;
- Team player with strong communication skills.
