Requirements
- 5-9 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
- Deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HAM, SAM, and Service Portal design
- Strong integration experience with DocuSign, Salesforce, Oracle ERP, and Auth0
- Experience with App Engine Studio, low-code customization, and automating workflows
- Experience in creating, modifying, and debugging ServiceNow workflows, UI policies, and business rules
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Glide scripting, REST APIs)
- Expertise in customizing ServiceNow Service Portal
- Understanding of CMDB data models and database management within ServiceNow
- Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant ServiceNow modules preferred
- ITIL V3 or V4 Certification preferred
- Proven communication skills across various stakeholders
