- Unsere bestehenden Prozesse nimmst Du kritisch unter die Lupe
- Dabei hast Du von der ersten Idee bis zum fertigen Ergebnis die Fäden in der Hand
- Du definierst neue Anforderungen und begleitest die Umsetzung
Requirements
- Erfahrung in Prozessanalyse, Customer Journey Design oder Business Analyse
- Kenntnisse in agilen Methoden (Scrum, Kanban) und Tools (z. B. Jira, Confluence)
- Analytische Fähigkeiten und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke und Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu vermitteln
- Teamfähigkeit und Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams
- Nice-to-have: Erfahrung im Bankenumfeld oder mit regulatorischen Anforderungen sowie Erfahrung mit Kundendaten und deren Prozessen
- Innovationsfreude und ein Sinn für nachhaltige Lösungen
