About the role
- Penetration Tester conducting security audits and penetration tests for infodas, an Airbus subsidiary. Collaborating with teams to resolve vulnerabilities while ensuring cybersecurity best practices.
Responsibilities
- Support the Security Testing team in planning and executing technical security audits
- Perform penetration tests
- Conduct source code analyses and configuration audits
- Tackle complex problems and research new vulnerabilities
- Prepare final reports and document test results
- Present test results to technical stakeholders
- Advise on the threats posed by identified vulnerabilities and recommended countermeasures
Requirements
- Completed degree in Computer Science, IT Security, Information Technology, or a related field
- Alternatively, a completed vocational training program with a relevant focus
- Proven experience conducting penetration tests and technical security assessments
- Engagement with pentest labs, CTFs, bug bounty programs, or other hacking challenges
- Strong knowledge of one or more GNU/Linux distributions
- Enjoy interacting with clients and team members and advising them on cybersecurity matters
- Solid expertise in one or more programming languages
- Ideally hold OSCP or BSI Pentester certification
- Enjoy dissecting the latest gadgets and technologies
- Thorough, solution-oriented analytical thinking
- Share knowledge through talks and articles within the security community
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to undertake occasional business trips as a welcome change from the office routine
