About the role

Responsibilities
- Assume the role of Information Security Officer (ISB) at INFODAS
- Further develop INFODAS's Information Security Management System (ISMS) in close coordination with executive management
- Develop policies, processes and procedures to ensure sustainable information security
- Define security requirements and standards based on protection requirements
- Support IT and business projects on security matters and assess the information security of products and processes
- Conduct protection-requirement and risk analyses in collaboration with security architects
- Manage IT security risks, including documentation and assessment, in cooperation with business owners, IT managers and specialist departments.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Security or a related field, or equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience
- Several years of professional experience in information security
- Technical and organizational understanding of information security and compliance
- Good knowledge of regulations and standards in information security (e.g., BSI IT-Grundschutz, ISO 27000 series, NIST CSF) and their practical implementation
- Existing certifications in information security management (e.g., CISM, CISSP, BSI IT-Grundschutz practitioner/consultant or comparable certification)
- Analytical thinking, audience-appropriate communication and the ability to work independently
- Very good written and spoken English and German skills.
