About the role

  • Senior Accountant managing day-to-day books and constructing financial control framework at fintech. Driving innovation in financial processes and automation while working in a lean team.

Responsibilities

  • Join a lean, hands-on team where no task is too small, but your impact will be big.
  • Manage the day-to-day books while simultaneously constructing the financial control framework.
  • Own the ERP Architecture: Optimize ERP, automate workflows, streamline the closing process, and reduce manual data entry.
  • Establish Internal Controls: Design and implement a scalable control framework (checks & balances) suitable for a high-growth environment.
  • Financial Analysis: Move beyond "what happened" to "why it happened." Produce monthly variance analysis (Budget vs. Actuals) and meaningful KPIs for the CFO.
  • Manage the full booking process: accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, and journal entries.
  • Ensure a timely and accurate monthly/annual close.

Requirements

  • The Ideal Profile You are not just a "doer" you are a "solver." You see a manual spreadsheet and immediately think, "How can I automate this?"
  • Experience: 4+ years in Audit (Big 4) or General Accounting in a fast-paced environment.
  • The "Builder" Mindset: Proven experience improving a process, implementing a tool, or fixing a broken workflow. You don't wait for instructions; you propose solutions.
  • Tech Savvy: Strong experience with NetSuite is highly preferred. You are comfortable with ERP systems and data flow.
  • Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of LuxGAAP. (IFRS is a plus).Languages: Fluent English is mandatory.
