Responsibilities
Build and lead a best-in-class HR Tech engineering and platform organization
Drive our Human Resources Technology journey
Define and execute the long-term technical strategy
Provide strong technical leadership and mentorship
Spearhead the modernization of associate-facing HR experiences
Develop engineering patterns for data platforms
Mentor and guide the professional and technical development of engineers
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
At least 9 years’ experience in software development
At least 7 years’ experience in people management
Master’s Degree in a related technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering) or equivalent experience preferred
10+ years’ of experience in software development preferred
8+ years’ of experience in Agile practices preferred
Strong communication and influencing skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Deep understanding of cloud migration strategies and processes, including experience with migrating complex workloads
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, disciplines and organizations
