Responsibilities
You will work closely with our experienced claims analysts and learn step by step how motor vehicle and private liability claims are handled.
You will support the handling of cases where our AI reaches its limits — gaining confidence in claims settlement as you progress.
You will gain exposure to modern tools and methods and apply them directly in practice.
You will question processes together with the team, rethink workflows and help further develop our AI.
Your feedback matters: you will help shape the future of claims handling.
Requirements
Vocational training as an insurance clerk (or similar), or a started/completed degree in Business Administration / Law / Insurance
Some initial experience in claims handling is a plus — but willingness to learn and curiosity are more important
Enjoy finding new ways of working rather than following rules by rote
Openness to and affinity for digital tools and AI
