About the role

  • Claims Handler assisting pet owners in processing insurance claims at Lassie, an InsurTech company focused on innovative pet insurance solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and process pet insurance claims, ensuring compliance with our terms and conditions.
  • Communicate with pet owners and provide clear information about the status of their cases.
  • Collaborate with veterinarians and clinics to collect necessary documentation.
  • Contribute to improving claims management processes for greater efficiency.
  • Promote Lassie’s mission to provide exceptional pet care solutions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in claims handling, within the insurance sector or a related field.
  • Background as a veterinary assistant or experience in animal care is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • High adaptability in a multicultural environment.
  • Proficiency in French (written and spoken).
  • Conversational English proficiency is required.
  • Animal lover.
