About the role

  • Quality Engineer overseeing quality assurance in electronics manufacturing. Developing control plans and monitoring KPI performance in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Review customer drawings and specifications, and develop internal processes to meet customer's needs
  • Investigate quality issues, determine root causes, and implement effective actions on time
  • Oversee product & material quality from new product introduction (NPI) to mass production
  • Develop quality control plan for each customer account
  • Monitor and improve Key Process Indicators (KPIs) for internal and external quality performance

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of quality tools and quality management systems including ISO 9001
  • Experience analyzing data to gain knowledge of processes
  • Experience using structured methods of investigating and solving problems (such as 8D, Six Sigma)
  • Proficiency in reading technical drawings, specifications, and industry standards
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical issues
