About the role

• Tech Lead managing cloud resources for the financial sector at Beyond Soluções. Ensuring technology meets market needs and guiding tech team for high-value deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Manage cloud resources with a focus on scalability and security.
• Ensure BEE4's technical knowledge is accessible, organized, and well documented.
• Align technology with the needs of the financial and capital markets.
• Manage the technology roadmap and technical integration with other company areas.
• Drive the team toward high-value deliveries while maintaining BEE4 quality standards.
• Refine business requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Lead the adoption of new technologies and industry trends.
• Maintain technical discipline in code versioning and deployment workflows.

Requirements

• Experience in the Financial Market
• Bachelor's degree in Technology or related field
• Availability to work hybrid with 1 day per week in the office (Av. Paulista)
• Experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript
• Cloud computing experience (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Backend development with Java and Node
• Spring Framework
• Microservices architecture
• OpenAPI, REST, WebSocket, RPC
• DDD and Clean Architecture
• API Gateway/Management
• Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
• Container technologies (Docker) and orchestrators (Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code and automation tools (Ansible, YAML, Terraform, Shell scripting)
• Experience with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ, AWS SQS and SNS, Azure Service Bus, or Apache Kafka
• Knowledge of TDD, Clean Code, and Design Patterns
• Design and use of relational databases (Postgres, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB)
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Datadog, New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)
• Knowledge of configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, and Puppet)
• Knowledge of orchestrators (Kubernetes/ECS)
• Knowledge of Blockchain, DApps, Web3, Ethereum/Quorum
• Technical and people management experience
• Excellent communication skills
