- Experience in the Financial market (especially payments)
- Experience leading teams to deliver high-quality, high-impact solutions

- Specialist in .NET C#, non-relational databases (DynamoDB) and messaging systems (SQS, SNS)
- Knowledge of SOLID principles and software engineering best practices
- Experience with messaging platforms (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.)
- Experience with AWS Cloud, including cost sizing/optimization
- Knowledge of containers (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Design scalable and reliable architectures aligned with the needs of the financial and credit markets
- Advanced knowledge of non-relational database modeling
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into efficient technical features
- Manage projects and resources, ensuring on-time delivery within scope
