About the role

Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the platform's back-end architecture.
- Serve as technical lead, supporting teams in day-to-day development.
- Actively participate in team ceremonies.

- Act as a technical reference and auditor, ensuring adherence to defined standards.
- Develop shared components (e.g., authentication, common services).
- Contribute directly to the codebase when necessary.
- Support teams in overcoming technical challenges and delivering results.
Requirements
- Back-end: .NET / .NET Core (C#)
- Architecture: Cloud-native, with a focus on performance and scalability
- Cloud: AWS (strong command of services)
- Messaging / Events: use of queues and event-driven architecture
- Modern architecture: define patterns without excessive rigidity
- Proven hands-on technical experience; support engineering teams in defining architecture, technical standards and best practices
- Availability to work in a hybrid model, two days per week at the office (Faria Lima, São Paulo)
