About the role
- Process & Information Security Manager responsible for IT governance and security at ilem, based in Casablanca. Leading ISO 27001 compliance and improving security practices.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop the ISMS (policies, procedures, registers)
- Monitor the risk treatment plan and associated actions
- Prepare and coordinate internal and external audits
- Track non-conformities and corrective actions
- Raise awareness among teams on security best practices
- Act as the security point of contact for internal teams
- Ensure application of existing IT processes
- Analyze performance indicators (SLA, KPI, recurring incidents, backlog)
- Identify gaps and drive continuous improvement plans
- Organize service reviews with operational teams
- Contribute to service quality and client satisfaction
- Prepare dashboards and reports for management and client steering committees
- Monitor cross-functional actions and follow up with responsible parties
- Contribute to the group's IT risk management.
Requirements
- 4 to 8 years of experience in IT governance, IT quality, information security, or IT service management
- Hands-on experience with ISO 27001 (implementation or maintenance)
- Good understanding of an IT environment (user support, infrastructure or cloud)
- Experience monitoring indicators, reporting and continuous improvement
- Meticulous, organized and able to coordinate cross-functionally
- Autonomous with strong action-follow up skills
- ITIL / IT service management is a plus
- Experience in internal audit or quality
- Knowledge of an ITSM tool (GLPI, ServiceNow, Jira…)
- Languages: Fluent French, professional English.
