About the role

  • PMO Manager ensuring robust planning, scheduling, and reporting across customer engagements at iCoTech. Collaborating with the Practice Manager and improving financial controls and governance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Support Consultants & the Practice Manager on a daily basis.
  • Improve Portfolio visibility, delivery confidence, financial control and forward planning.
  • Ensure our internal systems are built to the suitable standards.
  • Build and manage the Portfolio Reporting tools. (Power BI).
  • Build the tools that allow the Finances to be tracked, managed, monitored and reported on.
  • Ensure the application of our Governance Standards are applied.
  • Support the Consultants & Practice Manager when Change Control is required.
  • Manage and maintain the Resource Plans using MS Project and Project Online.
  • Manage the weekly timesheet process.
  • Manage the monthly invoicing and month end process.

Requirements

  • Must have proven experience in a PMO role, or similar.
  • Must have strong knowledge of project delivery within a Consulting environment.
  • Must have exceptional Excel, Financial Tracking, Forecasting and Reporting experience.
  • Must have experience of using MS Project and SharePoint.
  • Should have experience of using Project Online, Power BI and Power Apps.
  • Should have the ability to present to a customer, and have experience of a revenue generating Project environment.
  • Should have experience in tech, SaaS, or professional services industries.
  • Should have the knowledge of risk management and change control processes.
