About the role
- PMO Manager ensuring robust planning, scheduling, and reporting across customer engagements at iCoTech. Collaborating with the Practice Manager and improving financial controls and governance standards.
Responsibilities
- Support Consultants & the Practice Manager on a daily basis.
- Improve Portfolio visibility, delivery confidence, financial control and forward planning.
- Ensure our internal systems are built to the suitable standards.
- Build and manage the Portfolio Reporting tools. (Power BI).
- Build the tools that allow the Finances to be tracked, managed, monitored and reported on.
- Ensure the application of our Governance Standards are applied.
- Support the Consultants & Practice Manager when Change Control is required.
- Manage and maintain the Resource Plans using MS Project and Project Online.
- Manage the weekly timesheet process.
- Manage the monthly invoicing and month end process.
Requirements
- Must have proven experience in a PMO role, or similar.
- Must have strong knowledge of project delivery within a Consulting environment.
- Must have exceptional Excel, Financial Tracking, Forecasting and Reporting experience.
- Must have experience of using MS Project and SharePoint.
- Should have experience of using Project Online, Power BI and Power Apps.
- Should have the ability to present to a customer, and have experience of a revenue generating Project environment.
- Should have experience in tech, SaaS, or professional services industries.
- Should have the knowledge of risk management and change control processes.
