PMO Manager ensuring robust planning, scheduling, and reporting across customer engagements at iCoTech. Collaborating with the Practice Manager and improving financial controls and governance standards.
Responsibilities
Support Consultants & the Practice Manager on a daily basis.
Improve Portfolio visibility, delivery confidence, financial control and forward planning.
Ensure our internal systems are built to the suitable standards.
Build and manage the Portfolio Reporting tools. (Power BI).
Build the tools that allow the Finances to be tracked, managed, monitored and reported on.
Ensure the application of our Governance Standards are applied.
Support the Consultants & Practice Manager when Change Control is required.
Manage and maintain the Resource Plans using MS Project and Project Online.
Manage the weekly timesheet process.
Manage the monthly invoicing and month end process.
Requirements
Must have proven experience in a PMO role, or similar.
Must have strong knowledge of project delivery within a Consulting environment.
Must have exceptional Excel, Financial Tracking, Forecasting and Reporting experience.
Must have experience of using MS Project and SharePoint.
Should have experience of using Project Online, Power BI and Power Apps.
Should have the ability to present to a customer, and have experience of a revenue generating Project environment.
Should have experience in tech, SaaS, or professional services industries.
Should have the knowledge of risk management and change control processes.
