Responsibilities
- Manage global workstation lifecycle, hardware validation, and OS upgrades (Windows 10/11).
- Maintain workstation images, update rings, compliance baselines, and GPOs.

- Operate Microsoft 365 licensing lifecycle and MVLS alignment.
- Support Microsoft Teams, Teams Rooms, telephony, and AI collaboration features.

- Provide Tier 3 support, training, and enablement for global IT teams.

Requirements
- 5+ years in Modern Workplace/Endpoint engineering in enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Intune, Autopilot, Windows OS, GPO, SCCM, Office deployment, Teams.
- Experience with Teams Rooms, Teams Premium, M365 AI/Copilot.
- Proven global scale device management and endpoint compliance.
- Experience with mobile device governance and Android kiosk.
- Excellent English and ability to work with international teams.
- Ability to train, mentor, and support global IT teams.
