About the role
- Lead Analyst coordinating and providing SAP Support applications to meet business and regulatory requirements. Involves mentoring staff and leading application software analysis and design.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates the development, maintenance, integration and enhancement of software applications within project deadlines.
- Helps coordinate day-to-day tasks involved in monitoring, exception reporting and resolution of problems in the production operation.
- Develops and recommends innovative business solutions and alternatives for complex problems resulting in efficient, economical business processes.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
- Project management and leadership experience.
- Working knowledge of desktop applications (i.e., Microsoft Office), Mainframe and/or client server technical experience.
- Knowledge of relational databases, structured query tools, Mainframe & Distributed Report Generation Tools, Visual Basic, Pardox, Results and proactive orientation.
