About the role

Responsibilities
- Collaborate in establishing pricing strategies for risk-transfer products related to pension plans.
- Manage and prioritize projects and quotation requests for the Insurance, Savings and Group Retirement Solutions (SAEC) business segment.
- Work with external actuarial consultants during tenders and the sale of insured annuities.
- Participate in developing strategic mandates with business line management.
- Contribute to the development of actuarial models and the setting of assumptions.
- Collaborate with various internal teams (investments, corporate services, administration, marketing).
Requirements
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science and has more than 5 years of relevant experience
- Has experience with pension plans.
- Demonstrates a proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Exhibits excellent oral and written communication skills with diverse audiences
- Demonstrates intermediate English proficiency, as the role requires working with anglophone clients, performing validations, and using tools that are available only in English on a daily basis
- Fellow designation (FSA, FCIA) is an asset
- Experience with AXIS software is an asset
