About the role
- Accounting Technician supporting financial operations in iA Financial Group's finance team. Performing reconciliations and maintaining accounting documentation with opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
- Validate accounting transactions for administered contracts and reconcile clearing accounts;
- Prepare accounting entries;
- Identify corrections required when discrepancies occur in reconciliations;
- Complete monthly reconciliations for the sector;
- Respond to emails and information requests from various internal partners;
- Keep all documentation related to the team’s accounting procedures up to date;
- Provide support to nationwide transactional teams.
Requirements
- Holds a college diploma in accounting or administration
- Has at least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting
- Is recognized for rigor and organizational skills
- Stands out for autonomy and ability to manage priorities
- Demonstrates strong proficiency with IT tools and Excel
- Is known for analytical and synthesis skills
- Has an intermediate level of English.
