About the role

  • Oracle EPM Consultant at Huron enabling financial planning and forecasting through Oracle Cloud EPM solutions. Collaborating with business stakeholders to implement and support EPM applications across various modules.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and support Oracle Cloud EPM solutions, focusing on EPBCS modules: Financials, Workforce, Capital Projects, Strategic Modeling
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, prepare functional specifications, and ensure successful delivery of planning and forecasting solutions
  • Develop and maintain Groovy scripts for advanced business rules and automation within EPBCS
  • Integrate EPM applications with source systems using FDMEE and Data Management
  • Create and manage automation scripts leveraging EPM Automate for process efficiency
  • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for EPM applications
  • Utilize Excel, Essbase Spreadsheet Add-in, and SmartView for reporting and analysis
  • Apply AI-driven forecasting and predictive analytics techniques to enhance planning models and deliver actionable insights
  • Stay updated on AI/ML trends and incorporate relevant capabilities into EPM solutions for improved decision-making

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud EPM, specifically EPBCS modules listed above
  • Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Proficiency in Groovy scripting for EPBCS customizations
  • Experience with integration tools: FDMEE, Data Management
  • Knowledge of automation tools: EPM Automate
  • Advanced skills in Excel, SmartView, and Essbase Add-in
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and ability to apply them in predictive planning and analytics
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
