Responsibilities
Design, implement, and support Oracle Cloud EPM solutions, focusing on EPBCS modules: Financials, Workforce, Capital Projects, Strategic Modeling
Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, prepare functional specifications, and ensure successful delivery of planning and forecasting solutions
Develop and maintain Groovy scripts for advanced business rules and automation within EPBCS
Integrate EPM applications with source systems using FDMEE and Data Management
Create and manage automation scripts leveraging EPM Automate for process efficiency
Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for EPM applications
Utilize Excel, Essbase Spreadsheet Add-in, and SmartView for reporting and analysis
Apply AI-driven forecasting and predictive analytics techniques to enhance planning models and deliver actionable insights
Stay updated on AI/ML trends and incorporate relevant capabilities into EPM solutions for improved decision-making
Requirements
6–8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud EPM, specifically EPBCS modules listed above
Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Proficiency in Groovy scripting for EPBCS customizations
Experience with integration tools: FDMEE, Data Management
Knowledge of automation tools: EPM Automate
Advanced skills in Excel, SmartView, and Essbase Add-in
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and ability to apply them in predictive planning and analytics
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
