About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage delinquency levels within the assigned portfolio through the use of outbound calls and letters.
- Assist customers with account reconciliations utilizing payment and billing histories.

- Communicate effectively with customers and internal business partners.
- Recommend paths to resolution to customers and internal stakeholders, including negotiation of payment arrangements.
Requirements
- Four-year college degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of prior consumer or commercial collections experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask in a deadline driven fast-paced environment.
- Thorough knowledge of various software programs including Word and Excel.
