About the role

• Business Systems Analyst Senior for the Installments team within Payments Organization. Responsible for analysis, documentation, and validation of system behavior with cloud platform experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis of business issues and provide recommendations for possible solutions
• Work with Business users and IT project teams to drive decision making and define requirements for application development
• Complete Use Cases and User Stories to guide application development efforts
• Analyze opportunities to improve application reliability
• Lead the overall coordination, consolidation and decomposition of functional scope into documented user stories, data and system flows for medium to complex scope
• Communicate backlog and user story status and escalate issues as needed
• Facilitate backlog refinement sessions with the scrum team
• Maintain the quality of the Evergreen documentation

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in business analysis of product and/or software development
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Knowledge of GCP/AWS or Azure platform experience.
• Demonstrated experience in eliciting requirements and producing requirement artifacts (functional specifications, use cases, user stories, business process flows, data flows and story boards, etc.)
• Installments or other Card Product experience and processing experience background.
• Financial Services industry experience.
• Excellent collaboration skills, a positive attitude, high energy, strong interpersonal skills, organized and highly motivated.
• Self-starter with the ability to appropriately prioritize and plan complex tasks in a rapidly changing environment.
• Business Analysis (CBAP) certification
• Previous experience with Agile or Iterative delivery models including written detailed User Stories with Acceptance Criteria
• Previous experience with Jira or Azure Dev Ops(ADO) to maintain User Stories and evergreen documentation would be preferred.
