- Design and run experiments, proofs of concept, and prototypes to test ideas.
- Build, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models both locally and in the cloud.
- Integrate and fine-tune existing generative models to power features like smart recommendations, search, personalized content generation or conversational interfaces.
- Aggregate, process, and visualize data to communicate insights that drive decisions.
- Work closely with other engineers, designers, and business-oriented teammates to create data-driven digital products.
- Advise clients on how to leverage data-driven solutions to improve existing products or create new ones.
- Guide solutions from prototype to production, ensuring reliability, scalability, and adherence to MLOps best practices.
- Clearly communicate results, assumptions, and limitations to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
Requirements
- 5+ experience as a Data Scientist or Data Engineer with hands-on experience in building and/or integrating machine learning models.
- A degree in some of the areas: Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python and LangChain as well as modern cloud and data platforms (such as Azure, AWS, Databricks and Microsoft Fabric).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, versioning, and model monitoring.
- Expertise in feature engineering, model evaluation, data visualization, data cleaning and processing.
- Awareness of responsible AI, governance, and security principles.
- Curiosity, empathy, and a collaborative mindset.
