Digital product leader overseeing workflow interoperability products at Humana. Responsible for strategic direction, product management, and ensuring integration with provider-facing systems.
Responsibilities
Lead the strategy, development, and delivery of all workflow interoperability products, including point of care alerts, patient portals, medical authorizations, and related workflow solutions
Oversee product management teams responsible for workflow innovation and execution, including leads focused on those products – including future workflow initiatives
Collaborate with internal departments and external technology partners to ensure products are interoperable, secure, and compliant with all relevant standards and regulations
Collaborate with external vendors and technology partners for workflow product development and integration to scale and optimize products
Establish, monitor, and report on measurements for workflow products, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
Serve as a subject matter expert and organizational representative for workflow interoperability, participating in relevant internal and external forums
Provide leadership and professional development to assigned team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence
Support budget planning and resource allocation for workflow product initiatives
Ensure timely and accurate implementation of workflow changes in response to regulatory, business, or technology updates
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Informatics, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum eight years of experience in digital product management, EHRs, digital health companies, or healthcare IT leadership
Experience using healthcare interoperability standards, EHRs or their regulatory requirements (e.g., FHIR, HL7, API integration etc.)
Demonstrated experience leading complex, versatile teams and large-scale transformation projects
Experience with vendor management, contract negotiation, and partnership development, especially as it relates to provider facing applications
