About the role

• (Senior) TypeScript / JavaScript Engineer developing Middleware and Backend components for integration platforms. Working in a hybrid model with flexibility and a focus on energy transition.

Responsibilities

• Develop middleware and backend components of our integration platform based on NestJS
• Integrate the APIs of the modules of our AI Suite into the AI Suite Studio
• Implement and design RESTful and web APIs
• Contribute to DevOps tasks and expand our CI/CD pipelines

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in backend development
• Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field
• Proficient with TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js and NestJS, and experience developing modern full-stack web applications
• Basic experience in developing AI applications
• Experienced working with databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL and with ORMs
• Very good German skills (minimum C1 level) and solid English skills (minimum B1 level)
• Basic knowledge of GitHub Actions (plus, but not required)
• Good understanding of cloud technologies, ideally Microsoft Azure (plus, but not required)
• Initial experience integrating LLMs into applications (plus, but not required)
