Responsibilities

- Lead initial account setup and verification for new environments, ensuring seamless client handover and adoption.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements; execute fleet updates and device configurations in compliance with policies.
- Plan and manage product support and solution portfolios throughout their lifecycle, ensuring alignment with pricing strategies, readiness for sales, and end-to-end service delivery.
- Collaborate globally across regions and teams to design and implement innovative services, solutions, and programs that address evolving customer needs and drive profitable growth.
- Represent services in product portfolio teams, incorporating service requirements into development stages, including warranty support, cost analysis, and creation of marketing collateral.
- Conduct business analysis, identify root causes, and recommend solutions to enhance performance and operational efficiency.
- Lead complex cross-functional initiatives using technical and business expertise, exercising independent judgment to resolve issues and establish policies.
- Support key customer account teams with expertise and materials to strengthen engagement and pursuit efforts.
- Build productive internal and external relationships, providing mentoring and guidance to junior team members as needed.
Requirements
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in service business management, delivery, solution architecting, business planning, or a related field.
- ITiL 4 Foundations or above
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or above
- Microsoft Teams Room Professional or above
