Responsibilities
You have professional experience as a concept developer and/or copywriter (all genders) in healthcare for various target groups and want to help our clients gain more attention with your pointed, stylistically confident concepts and texts.
As a Copywriter (all genders) you will support our content team of consultants, strategists and editors in developing and implementing great content campaigns and omnichannel projects for companies in the healthcare sector.
You will have the opportunity to work across a variety of formats, continuously expand your skills and develop professionally.
At Serviceplan Content Health you will work across locations in the areas of content marketing and social media communication together with colleagues from Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne and Munich.
You will design content for different projects and also implement it, with the support of designers and video teams.
Requirements
Completed training in media, communications, journalism or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in conceiving and producing emotional messages/stories and various short- and long-copy formats (e.g., social/video ads, scripts, print mailings, newsletters) based on creative briefs and guidelines
You are creative and enjoy developing formats such as podcasts or competitions, for example
Conceiving creative and interaction-triggering social media campaigns (across different channels) and implementing them is your everyday drive
Experience creating content for pharmaceutical companies and/or institutions in the health and/or care sector – either freelance or agency-side
Strong sense for language, expertise in different writing styles and audience-specific tonality, as well as familiarity with editorial processes (German at C2 level)
Experience using social media tools; desirable: experience in performance tracking, image management and coordinating with designers and video teams
Independent, conscientious work with initiative, meeting timelines and requirements; quick comprehension, solution-oriented, structured; English at B2 level
Agile mindset (working with tools such as MS Teams, Miro boards, JIRA) as well as team spirit and an interest in shaping work and going the extra mile for your clients.
