About the role

Responsibilities
- Support and maintenance of the IT infrastructure environment with a focus on physical/virtual servers and Cloud (OCI, Azure, and AWS)
- Work on improvements, corrective actions, incident management, and service requests in on-premises and cloud environments
- Plan, control, and execute Infrastructure and Cloud projects, ensuring reliability of IT services and compliance with scope, schedule, and budget
- Liaise with and manage infrastructure and IT service vendors
- Design and implement solutions involving: Storage and Backup, Virtualization and Hyperconvergence, Microsoft 365 / Office 365, Active Directory, HCP, DNS, patch management, asset management, and inventory
- Implement improvements and changes to the technology architecture, focusing on: technology updates, new solutions, obsolescence control, and hardware/software asset management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience in the healthcare/hospital sector is a plus
- Availability for occasional travel
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (on-site twice weekly at Taquaral)
- Residence in Campinas or surrounding area
- Experience in Server Infrastructure, Cloud, and Platform Services, including:
- Cloud Computing: OCI, Microsoft Azure, AWS
- Virtualization and Hyperconvergence: VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix
- Storage and Backup: Acronis, Commvault, Veeam, data replication and protection policies
- Microsoft Collaboration and Platform: Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, related services
- Core Infrastructure: Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), GPO, DNS, DHCP, Load Balancer
- Incident Management and Monitoring: ITSM processes, Zabbix, and environment monitoring tools
- Project Management and IT Governance: PMBOK, ITIL, COBIT, Lean IT, and ITSM best practices
- Desired certifications: ITIL, COBIT, Azure, AWS, OCI, VMware, Nutanix, Veeam certifications (or similar).
