About the role

  • Project Manager supporting Sandvik's digital transformation in Service Operations. Facilitate Agile and Waterfall project delivery with team coaching and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and guide both Waterfall and Agile project delivery
  • Act as a servant leader for the team by coaching and supporting them in Agile ways of working
  • Plan and coordinate project initiatives while maintaining flexibility through iterative planning and Agile frameworks
  • Execute Waterfall projects according to the developed blueprint
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure transparency and team alignment
  • Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure priorities are clear
  • Remove impediments that may hinder the team’s progress
  • Promote Agile mindset and best practices across the organization
  • Monitor delivery progress, team health, and project outcomes
  • Drive continuous improvement by encouraging reflection, learning, and experimentation within teams

Requirements

  • Experience working with Agile delivery methods such as Scrum within software or digital implementation projects, preferably within Service Operations or ERP environments
  • Familiarity with Sandvik and its offering is considered a plus
