About the role
- Working Student in Creative Operations at HOLY Softdrinks, coordinating UGC content and liaising with creators. Supporting marketing team by ensuring high-quality content delivery.
Responsibilities
- Independent communication with UGC creators, agencies and partners (e.g., sports clubs) for briefings and feedback loops.
- Coordination of product shipments and content deliverables.
- Ensuring that assets are delivered on time, complete, and in accordance with our quality standards.
- Supporting the sourcing of new UGC creators.
- Maintaining our Drive & Sheet structures (naming, uploads, status).
- Independently tracking creator and agency costs.
- Performing initial quality checks of incoming UGC based on clear guidelines.
- Coordinating feedback loops (initially together, later independently).
- Supporting international content.
- Contributing process improvements to day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Organized and reliable work style.
- Knowledge of social media and awareness of current trends.
- Ideally, you have already worked with creators (or create content yourself).
- Clear, professional communication in German and English, both verbal and written.
