Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate planning teams within engineering
Independently plan, control and monitor complex infrastructure projects
Manage budgets and resources with consideration of economic objectives
Ensure quality standards, adherence to schedules and compliance with legal and technical regulations
Act as a central link between divisional management, site managers and project managers to ensure smooth operations
Prepare cost estimates, tender documents and bid analyses
Manage client relationships and ensure contractual compliance and customer satisfaction
Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering (Bachelor, Master, Diploma) or equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in construction with a focus on project management, planning, site management or design
Leadership skills and experience managing construction or planning teams
Solid knowledge of relevant standards (DIN, VOB, HOAI) and experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and project management tools
Strong goal- and team-orientation, strategic and commercial thinking, and a pronounced hands-on mentality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as assertiveness
