About the role

Responsibilities
- Point of contact for SAP-related questions in areas such as Finance, Procurement, Sales or Production (1st & 2nd level)
- Analyze and sustainably resolve SAP support requests
- Collaborate with external service providers and internal IT and coordinate with business departments
- Participate in and (partially) lead SAP projects, including system implementations and process optimizations
- Prepare documentation and training materials and conduct workshops for SAP users
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Informatics
- Experience in SAP support and knowledge of at least one SAP module (e.g., SAP ECC; S/4HANA knowledge desirable)
- Basic knowledge of the ABAP programming language
- Willingness to travel occasionally (Austria, Germany, Romania)
