About the role
- Senior Consultant specializing in Software Asset Management, collaborating with Mittelstand and DAX clients. Leading implementation and optimization projects in software asset management.
Responsibilities
- Support our clients from SMEs, DAX-listed corporations and the public sector in implementing and optimizing Software Asset Management
- Analyze clients' license management to identify optimization opportunities that increase cost-efficiency and legal security; prepare software license inventories and derive measures to improve license compliance
- Alternatively, focus on tool-centric SAM consulting: analyze client-specific requirements when building and expanding a tool-based license management system, advise on selecting the appropriate SAM tool, and optimize tool operations
- Take responsibility for sub-project leadership, technical coaching, quality assurance and communication with our clients
Requirements
- Several years of professional and/or project experience in Software Asset Management
- Experience in contract/license management, software procurement, or in configuring and deploying SAM tools
- Ability to explain complex issues in a simplified way and to approach problems in a structured manner to develop solutions
- Very good presentation and communication skills in German
