About the role
- Senior Consultant IT Service Management advising clients on IT strategies and optimizing service management processes. Lead projects and develop individual solutions for IT challenges.
Responsibilities
- Advise our clients on IT Service Management, identify organizational challenges, and develop tailored solutions together with them
- Design KPIs/SLAs/OLAs within the IT organization based on the IT service catalog and support the successful implementation of IT services
- Optimize IT Service Management, define corresponding processes and value streams, and drive their continuous improvement
- Optionally provide technical leadership to junior consultants in joint projects
Requirements
- At least three years of project and/or consulting experience in IT Service Management or professional experience as an IT Service Manager
- Good understanding of frameworks such as ITIL or COBIT
- Strong interest in organizing and governing IT effectively in a digital environment and familiarity with challenges at the interface between IT and the business
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in German
