Senior Consultant IT Service Management advising clients on IT service management and developing individual solutions for their organizational challenges. Collaborate with junior consultants and optimize IT service processes.
Responsibilities
Advise our clients on IT Service Management, identify organizational challenges, and develop tailored solutions together with them
Design KPIs, SLAs and OLAs within the IT organization based on the IT service catalog and support the successful rollout of IT services
Optimize IT Service Management by defining appropriate processes and value streams and driving their continuous improvement
Optionally provide technical leadership to junior consultants in joint projects
Requirements
At least three years of project and/or consulting experience in IT Service Management, or professional experience as an IT Service Manager
Good understanding of frameworks such as ITIL or COBIT
Strong interest in organizing and governing IT in a digital environment and an understanding of the challenges at the interface between IT and the business
Excellent presentation and communication skills in German
