About the role

  • Senior Consultant IT Service Management advising clients on IT service management and developing individual solutions for their organizational challenges. Collaborate with junior consultants and optimize IT service processes.

Responsibilities

  • Advise our clients on IT Service Management, identify organizational challenges, and develop tailored solutions together with them
  • Design KPIs, SLAs and OLAs within the IT organization based on the IT service catalog and support the successful rollout of IT services
  • Optimize IT Service Management by defining appropriate processes and value streams and driving their continuous improvement
  • Optionally provide technical leadership to junior consultants in joint projects

Requirements

  • At least three years of project and/or consulting experience in IT Service Management, or professional experience as an IT Service Manager
  • Good understanding of frameworks such as ITIL or COBIT
  • Strong interest in organizing and governing IT in a digital environment and an understanding of the challenges at the interface between IT and the business
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in German
