About the role
- Senior Consultant advising clients on IT organization and management with a focus on strategic transformations and change management. Leveraging expertise in IT management consulting to guide clients to success.
Responsibilities
- Advise our clients on IT organization and IT management
- Identify clients’ organizational challenges and support them in implementing target operating models and IT management systems
- Develop tailored concepts together with the client
- Conduct requirements and process analyses and support the implementation of strategic transformations
- Support the change process together with employees through sustainable change management
- Optionally provide technical leadership for Junior Consultants in joint projects
Requirements
- At least three years of project and/or consulting experience in IT organizational consulting
- Basic understanding of frameworks such as ITIL or COBIT
- Strong interest in organizing and governing IT effectively in a digital environment
- Familiarity with the challenges at the interface between IT and the business
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in German
