About the role
- Consultant in IT Organizations consulting clients on IT management and organizational challenges. Supporting strategic transformations with change management and project involvement.
Responsibilities
- Advise our clients on IT organization and IT management
- Identify clients' organizational challenges and support them in implementing target operating models and IT management systems
- Co-develop tailored concepts with clients, conduct requirements and process analyses, and support the implementation of strategic transformations
- Guide the change process together with employees through sustainable change management
- Optionally provide functional leadership to Junior Consultants on joint projects
Requirements
- At least three years of project and/or consulting experience in IT organizational consulting
- Basic understanding of frameworks such as ITIL or COBIT
- Strong interest in organizing and managing IT in a digital environment
- Familiarity with the challenges at the IT–business interface
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in German
