Responsibilities
- Advise our clients on transformation, digitalization and IT management; identify clients' organizational challenges and develop tailored solutions together with them.
- Shape the change process in close collaboration with employees and management across various client industries and the public sector.
- Further develop our consulting offerings by contributing your experience and new methods.
- Optional: provide technical leadership for Junior Consultants in joint projects.
Requirements
- Initial project and/or consulting experience in transformation and digitalization in an IT-related environment.
- Basic understanding of ITIL, Scrum or Prince2.
- Strong interest in organizing and managing IT in a digital world.
- Familiarity with the challenges at the interface between IT and the business side.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in German.
