About the role
- Senior Consultant in Information Security and IT Security focusing on implementing tailored solutions. Guiding clients in establishing security management strategies and responses to threats.
Responsibilities
- Lead project teams and support the implementation of tailored Information Security Management strategies and solutions for various clients — remotely and on-site
- Guide our clients through security needs assessments, structural analyses, and the establishment of complete Information Security Management Systems
- Design organizational and technical security solutions in demanding projects and support their implementation
- Contribute ideas and proposals on interface topics (e.g., data protection/privacy, operational organization, service management) and help further develop our consulting areas
Requirements
- Degree in business or IT, e.g., (business) informatics, engineering, or a comparable professional qualification — motivation is key
- Practical experience applying information security standards such as ISO 27001 and BSI Standard 200‑X, plus several years of professional experience (e.g., as a Lead Auditor, IT‑Grundschutz consultant, or similar)
- Comfortable leading projects and enjoys knowledge transfer/training
- Driven to dive into complex topics, pragmatic problem-solving skills, and very good German language skills
