About the role
- Senior Consultant in IT Security consulting focused on resilience and information protection. Engaging in complex projects and leading project teams with tailored security solutions for clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead project teams and support the implementation of tailored Information Security Management strategies and solutions for various clients — both remotely and on-site.
- Support our clients across the entire process, from conducting protection‑needs assessments and structural analyses to establishing complete Information Security Management Systems.
- Design organizational and technical security solutions in complex projects and assist with their implementation.
- Contribute ideas and proposals on cross‑functional topics (e.g., data protection/privacy, operational organization, service management) and help further develop our consulting services.
Requirements
- Degree in business or IT, e.g., (business) informatics, engineering, or an equivalent professional qualification — motivation is decisive.
- Practical experience applying information security standards such as ISO 27001 and BSI IT‑Grundschutz (BSI Standard 200‑X), and several years of professional experience (e.g., as a Lead Auditor, IT‑Grundschutz consultant, or similar).
- Proven experience in project management and enjoyment of knowledge transfer and training.
- Drive to delve into complex subject areas, pragmatic problem‑solving skills, and very good German language skills.
