About the role

  • Managing Consultant guiding clients in IT-Service Management at a growing consulting firm. Identifying challenges and devising bespoke solutions for organizational success.

Responsibilities

  • Identify the challenges of our clients' IT organizations and work with them to develop tailored solutions in IT service management
  • Optimize IT service management by defining appropriate processes and value streams and driving their continuous improvement
  • Further develop our consulting offering by contributing experience and new methods
  • Provide technical leadership to other (senior) consultants in joint projects

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience as a Lead Consultant or leadership experience in IT service management, or professional experience as an IT service manager / IT head
  • Extensive understanding of frameworks such as ITIL or COBIT
  • Highly independent and self-directed, able to take responsibility in challenging situations
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in German
