About the role
- Consultant IT Infrastruktur ensuring smooth operation of Linux-based infrastructure and setting up networks, server services, and storage systems. Support customers in IT security incidents with technical know-how.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth operation of Linux-based infrastructure
- Configure, maintain and administer networks, server services and storage systems
- Implement security measures and manage patching
- Advance automation of operational processes using Infrastructure as Code, e.g., with Ansible or shell scripts
- Support our clients during IT security incidents with technical expertise, e.g., log analysis, system isolation or system recovery
Requirements
- Professional experience in system integration or Linux administration — motivation is key
- Basic knowledge of Terraform, Ansible and containerization
- Team player, especially in collaboration with other technical roles
- Careful and pragmatic approach in emergency situations
- Very good presentation and communication skills in German
