Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing team of six Project Control Analysts managing a massive portfolio exceeding $140M in annual revenue
- Mastermind the development of EVMS-Lite cost/schedule integration and baseline management to ensure mission success
- Partner directly with Program Managers and CAMS to navigate diverse contract types
- Identify root causes of variances, drive action plans, and prepare Integrated Program Management Reports (IPMDAR)
- Shape the next generation of financial professionals by coaching analysts on EVMS best practices and Deltek Costpoint mastery
- Prepare and submit Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Reports (IPMDAR/IPMR)
- Develop and maintain time-phased budgets, Estimates at Completion (EACs), and financial forecasts
- Monitor inventory transactions, usage variances, and work order completions
Requirements
- 15+ years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field
- 13+ years relevant experience with Masters in related field
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 19+ years relevant experience
- Hands-on experience with EVMS implementation and analysis in a government contracting environment
- Advanced proficiency with Deltek Costpoint, Microsoft Excel, and financial modeling
- Strong working knowledge of federal contracts, including task order management and cost tracking
- Solid understanding of funding allocation, billing cycles, and financial deliverables
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with financial and non-financial stakeholders
- Strong background working with government contract types: FFP, FPI, FPLOE, T&M, CPAF, CPFF, CPIF, and hybrid contracts
- Ability to qualify for a US level Secret clearance
