About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end UX design process from research and discovery to wireframes, prototypes, and final UI handoff
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer journey mapping
  • Translate business requirements and technical constraints into intuitive design solutions
  • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
  • Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
  • Ensure designs meet accessibility (WCAG) and usability standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Use data and user feedback to continuously improve product experiences

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process and problem-solving skills
  • Experience designing for web and mobile applications
  • Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
  • Understanding of usability principles, information architecture, and interaction design
  • Experience working in Agile development environments
