Responsibilities
- Maintain adherence to HIPAA compliance in ALL communication regarding clients
- Competency in usage of DSM-V
- Fundamental knowledge of pre-authorizations during admission
- Conduct new hire orientation
- Answer inquiries regarding treatment and programming
- Provide supervision to Therapists & Clinical Manager
- Conduct competency reviews and training
- Audit EMR system for accurate documentation
- Adhere to Medicaid and DMHA guidelines
- Complete and assign all on-call rotations and schedules
- Provide monthly in-service staff trainings
- Document sessions with all clients
- Hold process group two times a week
- Audit Therapy notes daily and conduct weekly supervision
Requirements
- Master’s or Doctoral Degree in a Behavioral Health discipline
- A minimum of 2 years post graduate experience
- An active, unrestricted, clinical license is required
- The ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Exceptional time management skills
- Ability to competently encourage and inspire direct reports
- Demonstration of a client-centered team approach
- Advanced computer skills
- Scheduling flexibility REQUIRED to accommodate varied client admissions
- Must hold a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and provide own insured transportation
