Responsibilities
Review all new and in-process incident reports for accuracy and completeness
Make claim notifications with insurance brokers and carriers
Create, update, and maintain claim files and documentation
Communicate with field team members to ensure necessary documentation is collected
Maintain OSHA 300 Logs and ensure annual submissions are completed accurately
Perform additional duties as assigned to support Safety and Loss Prevention functions
Requirements
Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
2–3 years of experience in claims processing, workers’ compensation, or insurance administration
Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
