About the role

  • Claims Coordinator providing operational support for processing incident reports and insurance claims. Serving as a liaison between operations, insurance carriers, and stakeholders to ensure compliance and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Review all new and in-process incident reports for accuracy and completeness
  • Make claim notifications with insurance brokers and carriers
  • Create, update, and maintain claim files and documentation
  • Communicate with field team members to ensure necessary documentation is collected
  • Maintain OSHA 300 Logs and ensure annual submissions are completed accurately
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support Safety and Loss Prevention functions

Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2–3 years of experience in claims processing, workers’ compensation, or insurance administration
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
