Responsibilities
Lead the UI/UX design vision for all client-server applications, web, and mobile
Define and champion a unified UX strategy
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other stakeholders
Establish scalable processes that support discovery, design, delivery, and validation
Use data and customer engagement to guide design decisions
Own and evolve the UX roadmap
Inspire designers and researchers to deliver high-quality experiences
Drive design system excellence
Ensure a seamless experience from awareness to adoption
Build and develop a high-performing UX organization
Requirements
8+ years of UX design experience
5+ years in UX leadership roles within cloud SaaS environments
Relevant Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
Proven success leading and scaling UX teams
Experience designing technically complex workflows and interfaces
Ability to define and execute UX strategy and partner effectively
Expertise in UX/UI principles, usability research, and best practices
Hands-on experience with design systems and a wide range of design artifacts
