Responsibilities
- Lead the UI/UX design vision for all client-server applications, web, and mobile
- Define and champion a unified UX strategy
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other stakeholders
- Establish scalable processes that support discovery, design, delivery, and validation
- Use data and customer engagement to guide design decisions
- Own and evolve the UX roadmap
- Inspire designers and researchers to deliver high-quality experiences
- Drive design system excellence
- Ensure a seamless experience from awareness to adoption
- Build and develop a high-performing UX organization
Requirements
- 8+ years of UX design experience
- 5+ years in UX leadership roles within cloud SaaS environments
- Relevant Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
- Proven success leading and scaling UX teams
- Experience designing technically complex workflows and interfaces
- Ability to define and execute UX strategy and partner effectively
- Expertise in UX/UI principles, usability research, and best practices
- Hands-on experience with design systems and a wide range of design artifacts
- Exceptional leadership and influencing skills
- Excellent business acumen and strategic planning
