About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and valuation analyses for both existing operations and new ventures (including HD Credit).
- Conduct market benchmarking and valuation comparisons of competitors as well as inform and maintain valuation analyses of HD’s valuation.
- Support financing round discussions, from initial data preparation to financial due diligence and focused analyses.
- Track and interpret financial performance, KPIs, and P&L results across business units.
- Prepare materials for executive, board, and investor presentations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Operations, and Finance teams to model business scenarios and assess new opportunities.
- Assist in capital planning and scenario analysis in coordination with external investors, reinsurers, and advisors.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, M&A Advisory, or Transaction Services.
- Strong skills in financial modeling, valuation (DCF, trading and transaction comps), financial projections, and investment case building.
- Experience working on M&A transactions, including due diligence, documentation, and execution support.
- Good understanding of financial statements, capital structures, and business performance analysis.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, & problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (knowledge of Power BI is welcome).
