Responsibilities
In your role as a Junior Software Developer you will be an important part of the team and continue developing high-quality business applications for clients.
As an entry-level candidate following software training or as a career changer from another IT area, you will receive months of on-the-job training within the team and have access to various courses.
Your main responsibilities after onboarding include: software development for databases / desktop / web / mobile, FileMaker development, and interface (API) development.
Capturing project requirements from the team or directly from clients.
Designing software architecture and intuitive user flows.
Implementing requirements into an existing or a new solution.
Requirements
Either: a software-related vocational qualification (e.g., Fachinformatiker), a degree, or practical experience as a developer using databases.
Or: if you are a career changer into software development, a professional background in IT and solid experience with scripting and databases is important.
Nice to have: experience with PHP, SQL, JavaScript, JSON, REST, or No Code / Low Code tools — FileMaker experience is also helpful if you have it.
A good sense for UX and usability is important in the Apple environment.
Generally, you pay attention to quality and well-structured work.
You have very good German language skills (spoken and written), an independent and results-oriented working style, team spirit, reliability, and above all a willingness to learn.
